Harpies from the vore-game "Predator's Coliseum" are winged humans. They've got their own country up in the mountains, but they're very isolationist.
Most people will go their entire lives without seeing a single harpy.
The most interesting ability of harpies is their natural affinity with magic. On rare occasions, a harpy will be born with the natural ability to use magic without needing tools or potions. These magic-using harpies are basically Royalty, and are always raised with the expectation that they will be the ones to rule their country in the future.
